1. Look for the good in every situation and in every person and when you find it, tell them: It is humorous that we as a society tend to look at something and find the negative in it. The day could be sunny and warm but there is rain on the horizon later in the day and isn’t it funny that most people will start complaining about the rain to come instead of enjoying the sun that shines on their face that very minute?
2. Learn to greet people enthusiastically in person and on the telephone: I challenge you to call ten people and when they answer the phone acknowledge how many did it in a positive manner? And truly how did that make you feel right at that moment? More importantly what impact did that interaction leave on your day……Positive or Negative?
3. Adopt the positive symbols in life, i.e. “Go Lights”: We need to start looking at things in a more positive manner, such that we bring it to the point of somewhat ridicules! Remember the old saying……”Is the glass half empty or half full”? How about this one, when you are in your car and you are sitting at one of those multy colored things hanging over and intersection try looking at them this way. It is not a stop light you are at but instead a GO LIGHT! Positive thoughts…it's up to you!
4. Take care of your health: We are only physical beings with only so much “Gas” in the tank. Positive reinforcement can bring us further than we ever imagined before. There comes a time when we run out of steam no matter how much we stoke the engine with good positive reinforcements, we need to take care of the physical body that caries us through life. Have you ever noticed how invigorated or how enthused you are just after your favorite work out or long walk? The body when worked rewords us with a physical High that can come only from within. This natural high along with a good positive mindset equals a force unmatched to any challenge you may face in your day.
5. Feed your mind as regularly as your feed your stomach and you will never have to worry about feeding your stomach again: The good book speaks of "take a man fishing and he will feed his family today" Teach the man to fish and he will be able to feed his family for life! That statement goes overlooked so many times but it is true to the very words. Teach yourself, become your own teacher and student, improve yourself in area’s that will expand your knowledge and you will never worry for food or money for the rest of your life.
6. You need to take time to be quiet: So important and almost always missed. Take time for you and only you, find a peaceful quite place to sit on a regular basis. A place to think of your accomplishments, a place to ponder the wonders of what goals are next for you to achieve. Take time to smile at all that has come from your hard work and acknowledge the price you had paid to get there. There is no free ride, whatever accomplishments you have, you earned them. Take time to be quite for you.
7. Take time for those you love: Imagine if you would someone who is very important in your life unexpectedly removed from your life forever. If your feelings go to sorrow or regret then that is a person you need to let know TODAY how much they mean to you. Do not be ashamed from public embarrassment to show your affection, a hug can make the day of many people whom you care about. It does not always have to be love either, it can be a person who you care about, a person who you like a lot, this is someone you need to let know how you feel and that they are appreciated in your life.
8. Teach this to someone else: To learn these 8 Steps to Success is a gift. The gift of knowledge, the gift of hope, the promise of a better tomorrow starting today. There is no better gift then to share this gift with someone else. Teach, share and grow!

Testimonials for your review...
The installation of my kitchen cabinets and countertops as well as bathroom vanities and countertops was done to my total satisfaction. I highly recommend their work. Kevin, Ray and crew were professional at all times and were extremely considerate of my home. At the end of the day, my home was exactly how they had found it. Kevin did an excellent job in measuring the long kitchen countertop which fitted PERFECTLY when installed. Ray also took before and after pictures which was a very nice touch. I highly recommend this firm.

"A+++. My wife and I are so happy with our new windows. Kevin, Ray, and the rest of the guys were extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The windows came out perfect, and we couldn't have asked for a better crew to work with. We will absolutely use them again, and will make sure to pass along their information to our friends."

We want to comment on our contactor Kevin and KC-Construction.
It was a pleasure having Kevin in our home from day one. He gave us some sound advice.
He was forthright about the problems that he anticipated with our odd-shaped kitchen, and because of these problems, he advised having the template made. Kevin worked around all the glitches, he is a creative man! We would certainly do business with Kevin and his company in the future.
